Maybe you're new to our church, or new to church altogether.

We'd love the chance to get to know you better.

What is Sunday morning like?

Every Sunday morning we gather together to worship Jesus and connect with each other. You can expect to be pointed toward Jesus Christ as we join in dynamic worship, and open our Bibles together to hear from God's Word through a relevant and practical message.

We also hear the latest church life news, and there is always an opportunity for prayer.

You are welcome to come as you are.

Our service at Cornerstone consists of two main aspects: our time of worship and our time of speaking from God’s word.  We will usually worship together from 9:45am until about 10:30 am.  The Sunday morning message is shared until about 11:00am.  This format happens on most Sundays, but we do have Sundays where things do take place differently.  Interspersed in our times of worship and speaking we will have a time of announcements, a greeting time, missions presentations and once a month (on the first Sunday of the month) we celebrate communion together.  Following the service members of our Pastoral Staff and our Ministry Teams will be available to pray for you.  Please don't hesitate to come if you would like prayer.

What about my kids?

We do our best to try and strike a balance between having our kids as active participating members of our church family, and ministering to them in an age appropriate manner.  In order to balance this we invite our kids to be with us during a portion of our worship time and then releasing them to our kids programs for the latter half of our service. For kids programs we offer our nursery care (0-5 years old) and Sunday School (Kindergarten (age 5) - grade 6). The kids are typically released around 10:15am.

For their first visit, parents are required to accompany thier children to the classrooms for registration.

Where am I going?

Where do I park?

We have great neighbours, and many people use the parking lot just to the east of our building - accessed from 12th Street N.E., however for your first visit we recommend driving 'the loop' that will bring you to our front door.  It sounds a little complicated, but it very easy once you figure it out.

Off of 12th Street, turn west at the lights onto 45th Avenue N.E..

Make your first right onto 11th Street, and follow it ALL THE WAY around until you reach our front door.  You might be tempted to stop early, as you will reach a very large Ismaili Centre and parking lot before you get to our church.  Our front door faces North ~ looking directly at McKnight Blvd (and Tim Hortons!).

How can I get connected?
